HPPNIN ("we", "us", "our") is building a hyperlocal discovery app launching first in Manipal. These terms cover this website and our early-access waitlist. They are not a substitute for the full product terms that will apply when the app launches.
2. Acceptance
By browsing this site or submitting the waitlist form, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the site or join the waitlist.
3. The waitlist
- Joining the waitlist does not guarantee access, a launch date, or any specific features.
- You must provide accurate information (such as a working email) and keep it up to date if we need to reach you.
- We may prioritise, pause, or close waitlist access at our discretion as we prepare to launch.
4. Eligibility
You should be at least 18 years old (or have a parent/guardian's permission where required) to join the waitlist. The product is intended for people interested in discovering places and experiences in and around Manipal / Udupi.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Submit false, misleading, or someone else's information without permission
- Attempt to disrupt, scrape, or reverse-engineer this site
- Use the site for spam, fraud, or any unlawful purpose
- Misrepresent an affiliation with HPPNIN
6. Intellectual property
The HPPNIN name, logo, design, and content on this site are owned by us or our licensors. You may not copy, modify, or redistribute them without prior written permission, except for personal, non-commercial viewing of this site.
7. Pre-launch nature
Features, branding, timelines, and city coverage described on this site may change before or after launch. Marketing copy is illustrative and does not create a binding commitment to ship any particular feature on a particular date.
8. Disclaimers
This site and waitlist are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not warrant uninterrupted access or that the site will be error-free.
9. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, HPPNIN will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of this site or waitlist. Our total liability for any claim relating to this site shall not exceed INR 1,000.
10. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top will change when we do. Continued use of the site after changes means you accept the revised Terms.
